Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in – from 2.00pm Check out – 10.00am.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
A security bond, either by cash or a pre-authorisation on a valid credit card is required at check in. Valid photo identification is also required to be produced.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
If you are arriving outside reception hours, please proceed to the front gate and follow the directions on the intercom to speak with the After Hours Service who will assist you with check in. A duty manager is readily available for any further queries and can be contacted by the After Hours Service as required.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
A later check out can be arranged. Please contact our friendly reception staff to discuss your requirements.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
Deposit Policy for High Season bookings between 20 December and 27 January
A deposit of $1000.00 will be taken at the time of booking with the balance payable by 1 December.
Cancellation policy for High Season bookings between 20 December and 27 January
If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD $300 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy for dates other than High Season
A fixed amount of AUD $250 will be charged on the day of booking.
Cancellation Policy for other dates
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD $100.00 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Q: What are the reception hours?
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday 8:30am – 11:30am
Sunday 9:00am – 11:00am
Ourside these hours guests can always contact a duty manager who will deal with any issues or answer any questions.
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
Activities abound on the Coast and in the nearby Hinterland and brochures on the full range of leisure activities are available from reception. Peruse at your leisure and our friendly staff will assist with information and tour bookings.

Q: What facilities do you have?
Paros on the Beach has a large swimming pool, children’s wading pool and spa. All are heated for our guests’ comfort. The pool deck also offers free gas BBQs for guest use, as well as pool side furniture enabling guests to relax and enjoy a family bbq meal by the pool side. Put your feet up and relax on the reclining lounge beds while you soak up the sun. Feeling energetic? There’s a full sized tennis court available for guests’ use with rackets and balls available at reception.
Q: Is there car parking available?
We offer free secure undercover car parking with one space allocated per apartment.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Yes, all linen is provided in the cost. Additional linen is available and costs may apply.
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
Rooms are serviced during stays of 8 nights or more.
Q: Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool and children’s wading pool and spa are heated.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?
Paros on the Beach is halfway between Cavill Mall, the centre of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. It is an easy 12 minute stroll along the beach to Cavill Mall and a 15 minute stroll to Broadbeach. Driving time is approximately 5 minutes and both centres have plenty of car parking available.
Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are several shopping and dining options nearby to Paros on the Beach. We are located within easy walking distance of both Surfers Paradise Centro shopping and Broadbeach Oasis Shopping Centre. Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Yes we have a bus stop directly out the front of the building. The Theme Park public buses which stop to pick up theme park patrons only, are a 5 minute walk away, and the closest tram stop is 7 minute walk away.
Q: What local attractions are in the area?
Sea World is a 10 minute drive away, and in the vicinity of Cavill Mall (the centre of Surfers Paradise) there are numerous attractions to suit the whole family, such as Putt Putt golf, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, The Paradise Centre with Timezone offering entertainment for the whole family, bike, scooter, surf board and Segway hire, cruises, and Sky Point Observation Deck at the Q1 building. Towards Broadbeach you’ll find Dracula’s Cabaret Restaurant, The Gold Coast Convention Centre, and Jupiter’s Casino. All are within easy access, as well as Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, one of the Gold Coast’s premier shopping spots.

About 15 minutes drive to Racecourse Drive, Bundall.
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
Major supermarkets are located in Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. In close proximity are local convenience stores selling a wide variety of food and drink, including takeaway foods.
