CANCELLATION POLICY
If a cancellation is received 28 days or more prior to arrival, the full deposit will be refunded less an administrative fee. For cancellations received less than 28 days prior to arrival (or if the booking changes), there will be no refund until the premises are re-let for the total period of the booking. If the premises are re-let for part of the period of the booking, a refund will be given for that part of the booking.
